The climb to the 3rd floor can be a workout!!! It's inconvenient that there's no grocery store within walking distance!!!

I loved the fine views and friendly atmosphere , making my morning coffee on the balcony that much more enjoyable while being just a short walk away from the beautiful Bloody Bay beach and the exciting Kool Runnings Waterpark, perfect for a casual stroll and some fun activities.

With beautiful beachfront access and a lovely garden area to unwind. The staff was great and always ready to assist.

the lounge chairs could use some updates.

The apartment was really comfy and well-equipped. I loved the fine views from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The WiFi was strong, a big plus for me. The only downside was the climb to the 3rd floor. It definitely got the heart rate up! No grocery store nearby made snack runs a bit tricky.

The room had everything needed for a perfect stay. I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Cooking was easy with all the cookware and utensils available. The balcony views were fine, perfect for sipping morning coffee while soaking in the scenery. WiFi connection was solid, which I found essential to plan my days. Security was great. I did face some minor inconvenience with the climb to the 3rd floor. It definitely got my heart rate up! The lack of a grocery store within walking distance posed difficulties. Nevertheless, the beautiful grounds made it worth it.

The best part was the beautiful beach access 🏖️ The apartment was so comfy and well-furnished. Just a bit tough climbing to the 3rd floor but I'd totally do it again!

It was just an appropriate option for a quick layover in Negril, great for the money. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals . Be ready for some morning noise if you're sensitive to that.

The location was perfect, right on the hip strip. The strong WiFi and streaming TV made relaxing easy.

the private beach was a highlight, with crystal-clear waters and plenty of opportunities for swimming and snorkelling. the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area and taking in the local sights.

Our experience was marred by several downsides. we were disappointed to find that the apartment was situated in a noisy area, with early morning construction work waking us up each day.

Unique location, private beach, beautiful and updated room, accommodating and responsive owner, wonderful views.
